- we are looking for a Trainee Construction Project Manager to join our growing team
- this role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of project management principles within the construction industry

- answering the phone - taking messages/customer enquiries and logging on the internal company management system
- assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- organising weekly meetings with the estimating team to delegate the accrued enquiries
- participate in site evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- keeping information up to date on relevant databases
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in estimating construction/highways projects or a Quantity Surveying background with a view to moving in to estimating
- detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- professional, friendly and approachable attitude
- basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
- results-driven and motivated
- proficiency in project management software tools is a plus
