Responsibility
conduct outbound calls to previous students, potential students and institutions to promote Hagleys educational programmes
engage in a friendly and professional manner, building a good rapport
accurately record interactions and update the CRM system with relevant data
follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, providing additional information or assistance as needed
meet or exceed daily outreach and lead generation goals to support enrolment targets
provide feedback on prospective student responses, trends and needs to help refine our outreach strategies
work closely with the enrolment team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to registration
Requirements
proven experience in sales, telemarketing or customer outreach, preferably in an educational setting
excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences, including students, teachers and administrators
familiarity with CRM or telemarketing software
organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

undertake introductory visits to new or re-referred service users, including a sharing of information about the day cares service, undertaking environmental checks and reporting to the day care manager on any relevant health and safety issues or significant or potential problems in the working environment
attend case conferences, transfers and other meetings as and when required
report to the day care manager, providing written and verbal reports on service issues. Compile relevant and accurate information to assist the day care manager to maintain and progress service provision
