• liaising directly with the Vendors and Landlords
• booking and conducting sales and lettings viewings, this would include city centre viewings and out of city centre using your own vehicle
• exceeding customer service expectations
• completing additional tasks set as part of a negotiator’s daily role
• directly reporting to Senior Management
