centre manager
Responsibility
- working with the area / regional manager to operationally run the site
- set out and away gymnastics equipment and prepare for sessions
- responsible for staff rotas and ensuring the right coaches teach the classes most suitable to their qualifications and experience
- lead the gym floor and ensure that sessions are of a high quality and safe
- maintain cleanliness of the gym to including weekly cleaning
- deal with prospective parents and gymnasts in a professional manner whilst showing them the facilities and assisting them with joining
- responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies written in the Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Handbook are adhered to by yourself and your staff
- always deliver outstanding customer service to both members and prospects
