Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • answering business phone calls between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm - provided
  • responding to customer’s emails from several different email accounts
  • assisting the Managing Director with weekly business and personal tasks
  • basic bookkeeping of business accounts on ‘Xero’ accounting software
  • dealing with outstanding customer invoices
  • actively pursuing and reminding customers of their yearly servicing requirements
  • sourcing, quoting, and ordering equipment parts from suppliers
  • supporting and liaising with engineers in the field
