Responsibility
- support the National Contracts Manager in negotiating and reviewing contractual agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- ensure 100% compliance with contractual obligations, terms, and conditions, and monitor performance against key performance indicators
- work closely with the contracts managers & administration team to deliver a high level of service to a range of customers
- undertake site surveys for tender, quality control and plant condition report purposes
- coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as operations and finance departments, to ensure seamless execution of contractual requirements
- visiting clients on site & subcontractors face to face
- collaborate with the procurement team to source and evaluate potential vendors and subcontractors for hard FM services
- when required attend site surveys for potential new customers, carry out condition reports & asset tagging
Requirements
- able to stay calm under pressure
- previous experience in hard FM engineering or facilities management industry is preferred but not required
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- team Player
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with various stakeholders
- communication skills
- analytical mindset and attention to detail to review contracts and identify potential risks or discrepancies
- confident on the phone
