Requirements
- you will need to be a good communicator, well organised and used to prioritising tasks
- experience of using accounting software essential Sage 50 Accounts
- proven experience in payroll administration or a related field
- strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
- experience in Social Care funding with Local Authorities or NHS would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- proficient in data entry and using payroll software systems
- enrolment in AAT training would be desirable but not essential
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll information

- it is a great opportunity to join our team, the Cephas Alpha Group are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Payroll & Finance Support Officer
- hours: 40 per week
- apply best endeavours to ensure all month end invoices have been prepared and posted
- assist with reviewing and placing purchase orders
- maintain and develop monthly task checklist
- daily Bank Reconciliations
- process daily bank reconciliations
