Responsibility
- we are seeking an experienced training manager to join us, playing a pivotal role in the success of our partner's restaurants
- create, organise and facilitate GK specific training for all existing and new staff across our suite of stores
- conduct and track regular internal audits to ensure all brand, operational and H&S standards and requirements are upheld
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives in meeting our business objectives, in addition to providing recommendations for improvements
- identify training needs or gaps and implement solutions to maximise results, to positively impact productivity and performance
- manage annual training budget and submit accurate records of monthly, quarterly and annual training activities and charges
- develop, facilitate and/or support world class F&B learning and development programs
- lead as a positive ambassador for Grounded Kitchen, our mission and values
Requirements
- previous experience essential
- minimum of 2-3 years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience role
- previous experience with hands on training
- passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism
- strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated confidence presenting to colleagues and management
- patient, with good problem solving and time management skills
- must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- must possess outstanding service, communication and presentation skills
