After a collision, I was instructed to take my car to GRM Bodycraft at East Telferton. This is a very large body fitting and repair centre. The Reception Desk was fully manned by three very efficient young ladies who introduced me to the Estimator.. He gave me a verbal idea of what would be involved and the car was booked in for 48 hrs ahead. Delivered as requested and an initial time given of when car would be ready, This in fact turned out to be about a week earlier than expected, but this was because the Estimator was on the ball and the parts were on site within 48 hrs.
Picked up yesterday and just looks like new! Can only give this business full marks for its efficiency and pleasant attitude of Staff. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone needing work done

Excellent quality repair to the front end of my Ford car. It looked in a new condition when I picked it up after the repair. The repair was more quickly than I expected due to parts being sourced without delay.
The ladies who worked there gave regular updates on the progress being made and could answer any questions asked or phoned back with their response.
