Responsibility
- working closely with your line reports to achieve the Operational standards set by the Managing Director
- working closely with your line reports to ensure the General Managers are supported in maximising the performance of their sites
- solely responsible for ensuring the General Managers deliver group labour & discount budgets
- working closely with your line reports to successfully launch new sites following handover from the Commercial Operations Team
- assisting with any General Manager and Head Chef recruitment, inclusive of on-boarding
