- the Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all QC policies and procedures

- conduct / Supervise QC team to carry out Production Line Quality Checks to ensure all finished products meet all customer requirements
- raise products not in specification to production team and implement appropriate corrective actions
- put Non-conforming products on Hold
- maintain Hold release log
- serve as member of HACCP Team
- train employees
Requirements
- minimum of 2 year's experience in a supervisory role in the food manufacturing business within the UK, fresh produce an advantage
- HACCP Certification
- manage communication internally and externally, training and interpersonal skills
- high attention to detail
- shows respect for others
- easily approachable
- working knowledge of GMP and food safety regulations is a plus
- values diversity
