- there are over 10 million customers globally, and the numbers are still increasing
- overseeing all Trade Marketing requirements for the business in all channels
- we stick to the orientation of high-quality products and great customer service, not just selling products
- set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance individual and team performance
- creation and implementation of an executive trade marketing strategy suitable for all channels
- in addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers
- responsible for all local market brand development with Grocers, Wholesales, Symbol Stores, C – Stores, Vape Stores & Online
Requirements
- ability to communicate effectively and prioritise
- results driven mindset and proactive
- 1 year's minimum experience working in trade marketing
- ideally have experience within the Vape Channel but not essential
- passionate, engaging and committed to succeed
- strong planning and organisation skills
- strong IT skills across standard programs
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
