  • support the Sales Manager in all aspects of the sales process
  • co-ordinate sales meetings through diary management
  • carry out market research to generate sales leads and make the initial contact
  • respond to client account queries
  • update the CSM as required – experience of HubSpot would be useful
  • seek opportunities to increase levels of business within current client base
  • awareness of when tenders are published or due for renewal. Assist with response to tender documents – previous experience with the tendering process will be a distinct advantage
  • be involved in the onboarding process for new clients and initial follow-up conversations to ensure all parties are happy and things are running smoothly
