- JOB TITLE: Charity Shop Retail Manager
- DEPARTMENT: Charity Retail
- GRADE/SALARY: Up to £25,000
- WORK BASE: 1 x Great Oaks Hospice Coleford Shop, 1 x Great Oaks Hospice Lydney Shop
- HOURS: 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 5pm
- REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
- ensure sufficient shop staff cover through effective management of team resources e.g. rotas and holidays
