Responsibility
- ensuring clear project communications through regular project ceremonies
- overseeing and authoring project documentation and reporting to the wider business
- managing projects of varying scale and complexity, from fixed cost projects to retainers, focusing on design and research

- mentoring and supporting more junior team members
- working closely with our production team, external suppliers and partners to deliver high quality work that delights our customers
- capturing user stories and creating acceptance criteria, managing tickets and providing status updates via internal and client’s Jira
- planning, scheduling and supporting resource management of multiple your projects
Requirements
- A good understanding of the Pharma and Healthcare industry
- knowledge of web technologies, capabilities and limitations
- advanced knowledge of creating and managing projects in Jira
- experience with helping to manage technical projects and working with creative and technical individuals
