Responsibility
- we are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant
- in this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors to our Virtual Reality Racing Simulator Centre
- your primary objective will be to ensure that customers have an enjoyable, safe, and memorable experience from the moment they enter our virtual realm
- customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance, guidance, and recommendations as needed
- safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and the proper use of equipment
- reservations and Bookings: Manage customer reservations, bookings, and inquiries through various communication channels
- payment Processing: Handle transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain cash registers in compliance with company policies
- facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the virtual reality centre, including simulator stations and common areas
Requirements
- previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or gaming industry
- excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of virtual reality technology and gaming concepts
- availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
- customer service: 2 years
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
