provide training and support to student Practice Nurses
plan, implement and evaluate clinical packages of care, including physical, psychological and social needs
develop packages of care in collaboration with patients and other health and social care professionals
carry out all duties in accordance with the NMC Code of professional conduct and with regard to the various local and national policies, guidelines and protocols
undertake clinical procedures, using highly developed physical skills
