- NVQ Level 3 Spectator Safety or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3/4 Spectator Safety or equivalent
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential
- A full, clean driving licence is essential
- A scope of skill-set within key event types; sport/road-racing/music
- ability to analyse data

Responsibility
- to oversee and monitor the event crowd for signs of stress and conflict

- we now have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior Events Manager to join the team, to oversee the safety and security of all spectators, staff and clients, and to organise the recruitment and deployment of staff for each event

- to assist in the control of entries, in terms of spectator flow, and exits for emergencies and egress
- to deal with emergencies and take guidance from Event Control to ensure the safety and security of all spectators
- to liaise with clients and to match the clients requirements in relation to event staffing. To authorise provisional and formal employment
- to organise the logistics and transportation of staff to and from each event
