Requirements
- degree or comparable qualification in Project Management
- agile qualification or experience needs to be evidenced
- at least 3 years’ experience of success in a similar senior project management role delivering Waterfall & Agile projects
- experience of delivering SaaS projects
- experience of managing multiple projects in a software development environment
- experience of CRM project delivery
- the ability to work effectively with others within and outside the business
- delivery of public sector projects especially IT/software
Responsibility
- lead and manage a range of client and product development projects
- manage large scale programmes of work independently for clients, which includes management of matrix teams
- use experience to minimise exposure to risk & managing scope across projects
- provide support, advice, and mentor junior members of the team
- create & execute project plans and revise them to meet changing needs
- manage projects using the most appropriate methodology, as agreed with the client, e.g., Waterfall/Agile and enforce project standards
- manage all aspects of projects, from initiation through to close, in conjunction with the Lead Developer
- manage project administration, including ensuring project documents are complete, current & stored appropriately
