Responsibility
- to ensure records are properly maintained and updated e.g. daily attendance registers and accident and incident records etc
- to organise the key person system and to effectively supervise staff daily; to be responsible for the quality of teaching; to participate in staff appraisals and to identify staff training needs
- to ensure that the Nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others, that equipment is safe, standards of hygiene are high, safety procedures are always implemented
- to undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Nursery directors, in accordance with the business plan and planned future objectives
- responsible to: Nursery Directors
- to attend any relevant conferences, training events or meetings, and to keep up to date with current good practice
