Responsibility

  • answer calls/ emails from directors, contractors, owners and residents
  • conduct regular site inspections for each development ensuring that site inspection reports are completed and uploaded to the company system
  • ensure that current company systems and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • manage all planned and reactive maintenance
  • develop solid working relationships with directors of your blocks and estates
  • ensure all records in relation to the block are accurately kept up to date
  • work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors
  • carry out any other task reasonably asked off you
