Responsibility
- cleaning and Property Upkeep
- conduct and document monthly fire alarm tests
- ensure waste and recycling bins are emptied and managed properly
- collect feedback from tenants on communal improvements or services
- deep cleaning of communal areas periodically, including carpets and upholstery
- perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing door handles, or touching up paintwork
