Ordered 2 dresses thinking London based, nope in China. The dresses were beyond rubbish, would not even give to a charity shop. £23 to return after they repeatedly offered me minor discounts to keep the junk clothing. 6 weeks in and no refund. DO NOT BUY from them... total scammers

Avoid avoid avoid!! I got charged twice and sent two of the same dresses totalling £80. Terrible quality. I decided it would still be worth sending back and paying £27 to ship to CHINA than accepting offers of a partial refund.
They have so far made me jump through hoops to return, asking me to take pictures, fill out and uneditbale pdf form etc. It has now been stuck in customs in China for weeks and still no refund! They say customer satisfaction is important to them this is clearly not the case!! Scam company and from what I can see I can't find them on social media anymore
Complete scam! Do not order from this site. Item looked nothing like the imagine but instead cheap tat! Complete waste of money. My item cost £36 and is costing me £27 to return which obviously I am not doing. An absolute joke! NO STAR RATING
I would like to rate no stars Do Not Use This Company!!! Customer service is non existent. My goods didn’t turn up and they told me to phone a delivery company in China . They are a scam!
DO NOT BUY , I repeat do not buy from this website. Each poor quality clothing. They won’t given you a refund when clothes do fit the quality is poor. The one star is not worth it. Zero starts

I ordered a dress from Goodsley and wish to return but my daily emails have not yet been answered so it doesn’t look like I’ll be returning the dress or getting any money back! Pretty disgusting behaviour to be honest! Def won’t be ordering from them again….. #Goodsley-china!!!
Have you checked if there are consumer rights organizations in your country that can help you with this?
If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely appalling - quality of the items is laughable. I wouldn't even pay £5 for the dresses they sent me. Due to the sizes being advertised, I ordered 2 of the same dress - a size 10 and a size 12 - with the view of returning one... should've looked into shipping costs earlier as I had not realised that "Goodsly - LONDON" as they call themselves online, are nowhere near London and items would have to be shipped back to China!!!! Both dresses then arrived as a Medium!! So incorrectly advertised online leading me to buy 2 and so spend more money and now struggle to return them. Contact them and just get told the same thing day in and day out - firstly thanking me for my message and they're so grateful they can communicate with me and assist me - they're not assisting me AT ALL!!!!
Doesn't matter that it was their incorrect advertising of the sizes that has left me substantially down in cost. Also keep deleting my post from their facebook page!

Poor quality item. Not as advertised!
Took ages to arrive and was stuffed into packaging that was too small for the item.
Customer service when trying to return is awful...not easy to return at all... emails back and forth, photos needed and excuse after excuse!
Over priced for the poor quality, Ill fitting item.
Would not recommend shopping here at all!!
Weeks to receive delivery, terrible quality, very difficult and costly to return. Would be no stars if I it would allow me to submit that.
