Responsibility

- monitor crowd behaviour and intervene proactively to prevent conflicts or disturbances
- conduct thorough searches of bags and belongings to prevent the entry of prohibited items
- respond promptly to incidents, including disputes, medical emergencies, and security breaches
- collaborate effectively with venue staff and management to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
