Responsibility
- creating awareness of our brand externally and promote to our targeted client base
- create an internal strategy document, to assist with promoting our company values within the firm
- communicate effectively with our target audience, building & developing client relationships
- we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the Senior Leadership Team in all aspects of marketing duties within the firm, including all social media channels, marketing initiatives, and hosted marketing events
- arrange & monitor effective distribution of marketing materials
- managing the content creation and posting on company social channels including, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & TikTok, to enhance audience engagement
- organise & attend events, including networking opportunities
- assist with the organisation & promotion of charitable work undertaken by the firm
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- previous marketing experience is essential
- campaign experience across all marketing channels
- plenty of fresh & new ideas with the desire to make a difference within the industry
- excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
- self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
- strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- exceptional eye for detail and strong proof reading skills
- an understanding of SEO and the ability to write effective email/web content
