Responsibility
- ensure the bar area and club premises meet Health & Safety requirements and report any issues
- efficiently manage stock and place orders as necessary
- conduct end-of-day cash reconciliations
- create and manage bar staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- develop and manage cleaning staff rotas and duties, ensuring tasks are performed to standard
