Responsibility

  • servicing and repairing a variety of quartz watch brands
  • identifying problems with jewellery and a good knowledge of jewellery repairs
  • very high level of customer service
  • cash and card handling
  • process information on our in house EPOS system
  • health and safety adherence
  • basic administrative duties; ordering of parts, faxing/emailing information, banking, taking post
  • part repairs of watches such as fitting new batteries, resealing cases, fitting straps and bracelets, bracelet shortening and repairs, replacing dial features, fitting glasses, button & stems, exchanging movements and restorations etc

Requirements

  • watch Repair: 2 years
  • retail sales: 2 years
