manager
Responsibility
- managing large company accounts to a defined plan including stakeholder management and relationship building at all levels
- ensure pricing is in line with the business needs, pricing to be reviewed annually as a minimum
- ensuring the Head of Strategic Partnerships is kept updated about Strategic accounts, new business opportunities and progress
- be the initial point of escalation in investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by any Strategic accounts within their portfolio
- taking a proactive approach to account management to ensure all contractual commitments around reporting are met
- conducting regular reviews with all strategic accounts to secure all business opportunities ensuring detailed minutes and actions are updated in the CRM. Quarterly face to face reviews as a minimum
- working with the Support Services team and other internal stakeholders to ensure they give the highest levels of customer service to all Strategic accounts
- support the HSP to devise, implement and help the management of National accounts where required
