Requirements
- excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with both customers and Members of Gloucester Food Dock
- experience of management in the leisure/hospitality/catering sector
- hands on approach to management
- A knowledge of the regional restaurant market
- competent IT skills
- high standards and attention to detail
- strong problem-solving skills
