Responsibility
- review licensee submission for adherence to licensors' style guides and provide feedback
- ensure visual identity is consistent across all visual branding and communications
- develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
- the incumbent will also develop graphics for LMG's presentations, marketing decks, social media, style guides, and more
- discuss creative direction, brand consistency, and the highest standards for marketing materials improvement
- resize and produce art in various formats and file types for multiple uses
- manage project timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- creates layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of color, images, and fonts, allowing for readability of type
Requirements
- prior experience working with style guides in the licensing, marketing, advertising, or brand area is required
- experience with toys or consumer products is a plus, and experience with branding is crucial
- it is essential that the designer takes a keen interest in the licensed products space described herein and brings an acute awareness of new trends in graphics, packaging, point-of-sale, and entertainment-based customer engagement
- must be able to work quickly and create clean, modern graphic design works as well as participate in creative brainstorms, sharing new ideas and concepts for projects
