Responsibility
- safely and efficiently transport goods to customers' locations in a timely manner
- load and unload delivery vehicles with the assistance of provided equipment
- verify the accuracy of delivery orders before departure
- follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles
Requirements
- previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- knowledge of commercial driving regulations and best practices
- ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- familiarity with using GPS devices for navigation purposes
- experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus
- delivery driver experience: 1 year
- driving: 1 year
