Responsibility

• conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs
• get your hands dirty in some minor maintenance tasks
• carry out compliance certificates

• coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
• ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard
• respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
• project manage renovations and repairs
• maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
• communicate regularly with property owners and tenants regarding maintenance and repair issues
• various tasks to help the Letting Agency which could include viewings, marketing etc

• strong work ethic - will work solo frequently
• attention to detail
• sociable, friendly and good sense of humour
