Responsibility
- ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- manage the cleaner to ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained within the clubhouse at all times
- responsible for management of the club bookings diary, including dealing with enquiries for hire and where necessary liaising with caterers and other external parties to ensure the successful delivery of functions and events
- organising the opening and closing of the club premises on a daily basis
- monitoring pricing and GP levels across all products and suggesting any changes where appropriate
- management of stock levels, including ordering and receiving deliveries on a weekly basis
- serve as a key point of contact for the brewery account manager
- preparing the weekly cash report and presenting to the SMT for checking and banking
