Hi can you please point out what you have seen in Primark or Poundland you will find this is not true. If you do find anything cheaper this is great news for you to get a great deal. Also no e of them stores do personalised stuff and handmade products like we do all our personalities items are custom made to order maybe next time please don't try and lie about what we do please
If you're searching now for personalised items these items have been temporality removed as all customers was advised 2 weeks ago that orders needed to be placed before Christmas so we temporarily removed all personalised items because we would not be able to produce manufacture and send out those items in time for Christmas so there were removed temporarily if however you would have been on the website 2 weeks prior you would have seen them then thank you and Merry Christmas
