Responsibility
- conduct tests and inspections on various products and systems to ensure they meet quality standards
- follow test procedures and protocols to accurately perform tests and record results
- troubleshoot and diagnose issues with products or systems during testing
- collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify areas for improvement in testing processes
- maintain test equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly
- document test results and prepare reports for review by management
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a test technician or in a similar role preferred
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for testing
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- knowledge of masonry, carpentry, roofing, welding, building, plumbing, or fabrication is a plus
- roofing: 1 year
