- location: Aldridge, Walsall
- as an Office Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes as well as providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of our office
- hours of Work: 25-30 hours a week , core hours must be between 11.30am-4.30pm Monday- Friday
- annual Salary 25 – 30 Hours: £16,250.00-£19,500.00
- ensure petty cash transactions are properly documented, receipts are obtained, and appropriate approvals are obtained
- assist with payroll processing, including maintaining employee records and calculating wages
- answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary

- proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- strong organisational and time management skills
- ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- AAT or other relevant qualification would be beneficial
- sage experience desirable but not a requirement
