Responsibility
- the successful candidate will have proven experience as a manager with understanding of construction and landscaping procedures
- project Management, including site programs, progress reports, site inspections, cost analysis and all estimating on construction and landscaping projects
- ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & regulative standards
- procurement of materials to within the agreed budget
- ensuring variations are costed, agreed and adhered to, in writing and in line with the project plans
- ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines
- liaison with clients, supervision of assigned contractors
