Responsibility
- responsible for full specturm of project/ project team operation and management
- develop the project process plan and negotiate with both clients and internal stakeholders
- monitor and communicate project progress and issues to project teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- conduct meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements and provide consultation to stakeholders
- prepare detailed critical paths, milestones, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status updates
- assist in the integration testing, system testing, user acceptance test & implementation activities
- supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures and ensure projects delivery according to the project milestones
Requirements
- bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
- familiar with warehouse management or solution designs in logistics, 3PL, automation, or relevant industries is preferred
- knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proficient in AutoCAD, WMS or IT infrastructure is a plus
- organized and attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- proactive to learn, persistent and patient
- frequent travel is required
- 6+ years of solid experience in handling multiple projects
- project management: 6 years
