Responsibility

  • gateway Property Management is a leading property services company managing an extensive and diverse nationwide portfolio of apartment blocks and housing developments from our network of offices in Essex, Leeds and London
  • our client-base is made up of national and regional house builders, pensions funds, financial institutions, FTSE 250 companies, RMC and RTM companies, freeholders, landlords, housing associations and property developers
  • as we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Accounts Department at our Eastwood Office in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex
  • we’re an integral part of the Gateway Group Family of Companies: providing integrated solutions to our 50,000 customers in the UK real estate sector
  • check invoices are sent in the correct format i.e. hard copy, in the freeholder name etc and refer to contractor if there are any errors
  • ensure all invoices have been signed off by the correct departments within the workflow and is removed from the invoice register
  • ensuring the timely scanning and posting invoices onto our Property Management system, each invoice is referenced to the correct property, heading etc
  • post all Gateway invoices onto our Property Management system and settle where appropriate
