Responsibility

  • greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
  • assist with client inquiries, providing information on services and pricing
  • maintain accurate patient records and update client information in the system
  • coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
  • manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and faxes

Requirements

  • experience in a veterinary or laboratory setting is preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
