- salary - £28,205 – £30,784 depending on experience
- to work alongside the Care Managers to ensure a safe and well led service
- hours - 40 hours a week
- support managers through the management, motivation and coaching of a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
- to provide a caring, supportive and nurturing environment in which service users can feel secure and free from harm
- area - Royston, Cambridgeshire
- support new staff members in the completion of induction programmes, training and competency assessment
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- QCF Level 3 in Adult Social Care
- shift / Team Leading experience
- caring personality and nature
- positive attitude and passion to help others
- flexibility with shift patterns and availability to cover nights
- basic IT and computer skills
- A commutable distance from Royston, Cambridgeshire
- residential Care: 1 year
