I received pc with issues I had a problem from first day of delivery

I understand there can be some problems with a computer, but why they are not answering? Was it a long time ago or you think there is still a chance to get a refund?

Game fury avoid at all costs I’ve had nothing but problems since placing my order! I ordered 2 gaming pc packages for my son and daughter for Christmas when receiving one of the pc’s was not brand new looked second hand and both monitors was used/second hand no mention of this on there web site one of the keyboards wasn’t working!Sent one pc back and the keyboard for replacement and was told that the monitors were refurbished and that I couldn’t return for a refund!! When receiving the pc back the wifi dongle was missing and also the remote to change the colour of the lights also speakers (speakers to both pcs where missing) wasn’t till after Christmas we received the dongle to connect to the wifi. As you can imagine my daughter was very upset that she couldn’t play on her games! After endless messages to (deleted by the administrator) I’m still waiting on items he will not reply to my messages after promising to send a compensation package and the rest of my order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
