the Market Support Administrator will be responsible for maintaining Galebreaker’s world-class customer service levels through internal sales and marketing initiatives
advise and prepare quotations for UK customers on basic products
enter and process incoming orders
using Hubspot CRM, send out regular communication to our customers and distribution network
co-ordinate show attendance and ensure all materials are organised and available to the internal sales team
this varied role not only involves advising customers and dealers on the best possible products to enhance the welfare and productivity of their livestock, but supporting the delivery of a range of marketing activities
schedule social media posts, working with external agencies to develop content

Responsibility
on site structural survey to ensure products will fit exactly
interpreting client structural drawings
project detailed design – adaptation of existing designs and methodology
generation of bespoke production drawings
loading project demands on internal management software
liaising with 3rd party suppliers to manufacture bespoke items
liaison with Customer throughout project – being involved in pre-order meetings with client, asking for structural information for design or arranging dates for site survey, obtaining design approval, ensuring customer is happy with completed installation
creation of correct packing sequence for efficient installation
Requirements
solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles applicable to Galebreaker’s products and systems
proficiency in 2D CAD and 3D CAD , ideally using Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor

Requirements
experience and evidence of skills for mechanical fitting of products is essential
experience in similar* role ideally involved in an industrial or Agricultural environment
mechanical fitting, Roller doors, Curtain walling, door/window fitting, partitions, and other similar backgrounds would be considered relevant
involvement in erecting Industrial and Agricultural buildings would also be of interest
some basic Electrical/Electronic knowledge

A good understanding of mechanical engineering principles that can be applied to Galebreaker products and systems
