- ensure that practice complieswith NHS Talking Therapies service guidelines, including completing allrequirements relating to data collection within the service
- provide time-limitedtherapeutic counselling sessions to individuals referred toGaddum. Sessions are offered via telephone, online, and in person, depending onclient choice
- undertake initial assessmentsfor new referrals in order to determine the appropriate interventions to meettheir needs, and signposting to other services where necessary

Requirements
- preference will be given to those who are CBTTrained
- qualified to Degree, MSc, MA, or Diploma level in Counselling or equivalent in CBT
- competence in and possession of a recognised theoretical model of counselling
- willing and eligible to work towards qualification in NHS Talking Therapies compliant modality, Counselling for Depression, IPT
- experience of working with clients experiencing common mental health conditions
- evidence of continuous professional development
- experience of conducting assessments for service, including initial assessments and comprehensive risk assessments
- the successful post-holder must possess asa minimum a counselling diploma or equivalent and have experience of workingwith clients experiencing common mental health conditions
