- you will be responsible for care managing clients in the community
- your role will involve teaching staff and completing competeny based training
- you must be confident on attending MDT's and working in partnership with consultants, speech and language therapy, physios etc
- you will be an effective advocate for our clients and a supportive presence for our staff
- depending on if you prefer full or part time the hours are mon-fri 9-5
- we are looking for a registered nurse to join our small nursing team based in the Cramlington Office. You can be registered with the NMC as an RGN, Registered Children's nurse or Learning Disabilities Nurse)
