Responsibility
- to participate in duties associated with the home as directed by the home manager/deputy manager
- supervise support workers within the home
- to work as a Senior Support Worker; providing direct day to day care and support to adults with complex needs, including learning disabilites, autsim and mental health
- to participate in duty rotas
- to act flexibly within reasonable bounds, in order to ensure the necessary cover for the smooth running of the home
- to inform colleagues of relevant developments, for example during handovers
- to work with team members to achieve a warm, caring, safe and stimulating environment for the individuals in our care
- to assist each indivdiual with the development of their skills through support plans
