- proven experience in a senior quality assurance or curriculum leadership role
- experience conducting teaching and learning observations
- familiarity with awarding body compliance, including IQA and EQA requirements
- strong understanding of internal and external quality assurance processes within adult education
- strong background in managing CPD and staff development in an educational setting
- knowledge of Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework and experience in inspection preparation

- conduct regular review meetings and provide senior management with key insights and performance reports
- oversee external quality assurance visits, ensuring compliance and best practices. NCFE/Gateway/ILM/ Highfield/Edexcel. With the help of the Tutor and admin team
- maintain and update awarding body compliance requirements, ensuring FSUK remains audit-ready
- plan and delegate Internal Quality Assurance activities, ensuring timely execution and standardisation across the team
