Responsibility
- manage stock levels for food, beverages, and play equipment, placing orders when necessary
- conduct regular team meetings to update on business performance, promotions, and new procedures
- prepare reports on sales, expenses, and overall performance for senior management
- monitor and control expenses to ensure the centre operates within budget
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring all staff are trained and compliant
