  • conduct thorough checks of patrons entering the premises and use challenge 25 ruling
  • respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, taking appropriate action to resolve issues effectively
  • maintain accurate records of incidents and report any suspicious behaviour or breaches of conduct

Requirements

  • previous experience in a pub / club setting as a door supervisor
  • strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people
  • A valid SIA licence is essential for this position
  • pub / club security: 2 years
