- fuchsia Homecare has an exciting opportunity for a Care Co-ordinator
- you will need to be experienced within the care sector and hold, or be happy to work towards, NVQ Level 3
- ensure Customers are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
- to ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of Fuchsia Homecare Ltd and supervise staff
- to organize and co-ordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed
- hours will be Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with some evening and weekend availability to undertake field-based duties as needed - Care Co-ordinators are also required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call as part of a rolling rota with additional payment for this
- attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management
- be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
